Public Offer Agreement (Offer)
This Offer constitutes a public proposal by Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Viktorovich Tungusov (TIN 920458370307, PSRNSP 320508100396632) addressed to Internet users to conclude a service agreement, published at: https://xsub.io/, under the terms and conditions stipulated herein. Definitions and Terms

1.2. Additional terms, rules, or restrictions may apply to specific Services. The Contractor reserves the right to modify service conditions, functionality, or access at any time.
1.3. The Offer may be amended by the Contractor without prior notice. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
1.4. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Agreement Conclusion
2.1. The Customer completes the order form at https://xsub.io/.
2.2. The Customer pays via the provided payment system.
2.3. The Customer must send their order-specified email to https://t.me/xsub_support on Telegram.
2.4. The Contractor begins services after payment confirmation.
2.5. The agreement is deemed accepted upon receipt of funds by the Contractor.
2.6. Order submission confirms the Customer’s consent to the Offer’s terms and data processing.
Payment Terms
3.1. Services are rendered upon payment as specified on the Website.
3.2. Payments are made via non-cash transfer to the Contractor’s account.
3.3. All transactions are in RUB.
3.4. Payment details are not stored on the Website.
3.5. Electronic invoices are issued.
3.6. Refund requests must be sent to support@xsub.io with order details and reason.
3.7. Partial refunds apply if services have commenced.
3.8. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Service Provision
4.1. Services are completed within 1–7 business days (average: 4 hours).
4.2. The Contractor uses proprietary technical solutions.
4.3. A service report is sent to the Customer’s email/Telegram.
4.4. The Customer must review services within 2 days; silence implies acceptance.
Customer Obligations
